Michael Novakhov retweeted: NATO’s highest soldier, luitenant-admiral Rob Bauer told Dutch TV on Sunday that the drone attack against the Kremlin was “probably” executed by Russia itself in order to gain support for its war against Ukraine. Admiral Bauer is chairman of the Military Committee of NATO.
